Železniki

The Municipality of Železniki lies in the western part of Slovenia, in the upper part of the Selca Valley. These places were first mentioned in 973. This pre-Alpine corner of Slovenia promises fresh mornings in pristine nature, unique cultural and technical heritage (blast furnace, lace, honey breads), various sports experiences (swimming, skiing, paragliding, cycling and hiking trails) and the locals who receive the visitors in a friendly manner.
