Hoče-Slivnica

The Municipality of Hoče-Slivnica is located in north-eastern Slovenia, between the Pohorje Massif and the Drava Field (Dravsko polje), next to the second largest Slovenian city – Maribor. The municipality boasts numerous traffic connections, rich cultural heritage, cuisine and natural endowments and is also renowned for its kind and hearty people. The centre of the municipality is located 130 km from Ljubljana, 20 km from the border with the neighbouring Austria, 45 km from the border with Croatia and 100 km from the Hungarian border.
